Olyn Media — Artwork & Asset Guidelines

Olyn is a platform where films live beautifully and meaningfully. Every frame, title, and trailer contributes to a curated experience designed to honor your work and elevate how audiences engage with it. To preserve this quality and ensure consistency across devices, territories, and film pages, all visual, audio, and metadata assets submitted to Olyn must follow the policies below.

1. General Artwork Standards

Representation & Accuracy

All submitted artwork must truthfully reflect the film it represents, be current at the time of submission, and remain appropriate for all territories where the content is distributed. Olyn reserves the right to remove or localize artwork based on cultural sensitivities, legal requirements, or user protection policies.

2. Prohibited Visual Elements

Artwork submitted to Olyn must not include:

Promotional banners, critic quotes, award laurels, festival logos, pricing language, release dates, URLs, social media handles, QR codes, or platform-specific terms (e.g., “Blu-ray,” “Digital HD”)
Credit blocks, MPAA/FBI legal cards, or rating symbols
Nudity, graphic sexual imagery, glorified violence, hate symbols, or politically sensitive content (e.g., Nazi symbolism restricted by German law)
Third-party brand placements (devices, logos, or products) without authorization
Misleading elements (e.g., actors not featured in the film, exaggerated genre cues)
